With 30 + years of investment banking and turnaround advisory experience with small and middle market firms, Bob has done $100+ million transaction sized M&A deals and financings up to $30 million. Bob is a Certified Turnaround Professional and has personally executed well over 100 successful turnaround engagements in addition to overseeing all of the program’s field operations.

Mike has over 20 years of Asset Based Lending experience working with distressed firms and is well known throughout the banking and financial community. Mike is a Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA).

Deb Lutz, Regional Director
Deb Lutz joined SEWN in December 2016 as the Northwest Regional Director, based out of Erie. Deb is a Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA), and earned her MBA from Clarion University. Deb previously served as the VP of Economic Development for the Oil Regional Alliance in Venango County for over 13 years. She also has 10+ years’ experience as a commercial credit analyst at a major regional bank.

Greg has many years of senior management experience with Johnson & Johnson having served as a plant manager, VP of manufacturing, VP of marketing and as HR Director. He served as a turnaround agent in three J&J companies, one winning Corporate Turnaround of the Year. Greg has various lean certifications and opened our Southeast office.

Jeff Papach, Regional Director
Jeff’s entire career is based in light and heavy manufacturing. He is a C-Suite Executive and former Business Owner. From his small business owner experience, Jeff understands the need for a practical approach to key aspects of the profit pipeline. Areas of focus include Business Development, Lean Operations, Financial Analysis, and HR. Jeff’s credentials include Lean/Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from Lehigh University. Currently, he is earning his Certified Turnaround Professional certification.

Patrick Meese, Regional Director
Patrick was a Professional Business Advisor at MANTEC. Prior to that, he was GM and VP of Sales at several manufacturing firms. In a prior life he worked as a burn/trauma specialist and researcher at a regional Burn Trauma Center. He is Lean as well as Grant Writing Certified. Patrick also has a strong market development and planning background.
