Tony Siliano, Regional Director
Tony joined SEWN in 2025, as the Southeast Director based out of Exton, PA. He has significant Business Operations and Finance experience directing the forecasting, budgeting and analytical functions for a large manufacturing organization. Tony's experience includes CEO of a regional Real Estate / Title Insurance company in PA and NY, while most recently leading a large regional energy business. Educationally he has his MBA from Gannon University with many Board contributions; specifically, chairing a community economic and development board developing local, state and federal contributions for community growth, Chamber of Commerce contributions and chairing a board for the Erie, PA diocese.

Jeff Papach, Regional Director
Jeff’s entire career is based in light and heavy manufacturing. He is a C-Suite Executive and former Business Owner. From his small business owner experience, Jeff understands the need for a practical approach to key aspects of the profit pipeline. Areas of focus include Business Development, Lean Operations, Financial Analysis, and HR. Jeff’s credentials include Lean/Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from Lehigh University. Currently, he is earning his Certified Turnaround Professional certification.
