SEWN's Incumbent Worker Training Funds

Through funding received by the PA Department of Labor & Industry, SEWN may be able to provide up to $2500 in incumbent worker training funds. Each employee applying for training must have been with your organization for at least 6 months. The training must be directly related to their job or for upgrading their position.

Based on the size of your company, the following guidelines apply:

• Less than 50 employees - SEWN reimburses 90% of the approved training

• Between 50 & 100 employees - SEWN reimburses 75% of the approved training

• Over 100 employees - SEWN reimburses 50% of the approved training
